My company's mission is simple. To support with enough tools and knowledge to the CEO, fostering performance enhancements.Â
Market analysis to sustain daily decision making, process-driven workflow, avoid miscommunication bottlenecks, monitor and act towards new implementations, and above all is to ensure that all of his trusted parties achieve their working needs. We are talking about a 5 year-long project-based roadmap to achieve and sustain the objectives and goals.
Furthermore, there is an intrinsic need for companies to look for better solutions on already existing internal processes. And, thereafter, this can be also included in the Business Management reports. PROCESS ANALYST, TRUCKING MANAGER
Freshly started at Amazon from the ground up, in early trickling and diverting in operations procedures prior to outbound activities enhancing performances since day 1, driving our customer focus.
Furthermore, with some good operational numbers, promoted to take care of the Amazon Fresh outbound operations with the opportunity to create new procedures and work with a team of managers fostering performance and requesting fewer people on the job.
On top of that, I have been assigned as Outbound Trucking Manager with oversight on all deliveries from the warehouse to the last mile - The Customer. Not only that, as I had begun creating and shaping the methodologies of fulfillment for Amazon GO downtown San Francisco.

January 2013 - August 2016
SENIOR STRATEGIC BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS
Multinational Industrial Commodity Trading firm, Member of the Peter Cremer Group, employing 1.900 people worldwide
• Implemented Sankhya ERP commercial, inventory and sales modules addressing my ability to successfully achieve results with complex data-driven technology and operation projects.
• Developed dashboard and management report including Supply Chain planning roles: Forecast of sales, cost of sales planning, inventory turnover optimization, product types resulting in improving inventory control and reducing turnover by 70%.
• Executed over 20 Six Sigma projects, including end-to-end customer, focused as well as an internal process driven, achieving results as reducing delivery of reports from 10 days to 1.
• Reduced lead time on delivery by 20%, by implementing a program management thru standardizing logistics procedures across customers for maritime cabotage and road freight.
• Created a communication channel with the weekly reports for the Board of Directors regarding Commercial, Sales, and Operational controls and developed reports to assist in real-time decision making.
Negotiation with 3PL, freight forwarders, warehouses in 4 states of Brazil: Sao Paulo, Santa Catarina, Parana, and Amazonas. Routes, pricing, quality of service, certifications, improvements, and inventory total control.
• Import, Export and International transportation strategy, on Express air and containers. Trading relations mainly with China, Europe, Turkey, Africa and Mercosur. Follow up with customs laws for the Imported BL or AWB, and duties with the army for dangerous products (MAPA). Proforma Invoices preparation and Certificate of Analysis for Export products. Knowledge and supervision of end-to-end solutions and operations.
• The focal point on running the New Import project planning, with total landed cost calculation. Expertise acquired on 16 different industries.

Process-based on customer’s contract analysis and order management (Clause verifications from an international business contract, confidential information management (after-sale)), regarding compliance with Sarbanes–Oxley Act. 5 years lecturing Fluency advanced courses to a cohort of 2 and up to 7 students. This School is located inside the Puc-Campinas University Campus, in which I would be at the front of Fluency Level and Business English. Classes only on Saturdays.

MBA IN FINANCE
Major in Finance and specialization in Sustainability.
The Hult experience of being able to take on specific modules across the globe has been a way to face different challenges, and how to overcome them all.
Starting the journey in London, having the core of the course experience in San Francisco and concluding the 1-year full-time International MBA program in Shanghai has been the roadmap to the completion of the learning year.
Meanwhile, I was able to be Vice-President of 2 distinct groups influencing students throughout the year with events and a dynamic set of materials.

Upon the main project of the program, with focus towards a Corparate Challange for Siemens. Our goal has been to pursue with enough tools for a 25-year road map on market perspectives, new solutions, and maintain a high relevance of the brand and its operations in a Global addressable Market. With success, myself and my group prepared a set of compelling solutions to present to the Vice-President of Marketing for Siemens in North America with regards to smart microgrids being powered by renewable energy sources.

Major in Strategy towards International Affairs.
Academic driven school, I was able to be enrolled as the first student to enter on an MBA at Facamp without a bachelor from this same institution.
Bearing the Title of 4th best student of the Class, this experience has shaped a deeper understanding of Financing modeling, mathematical engineering and the Stock market.
Monography has covered what had attracted me more throughout the course. I completed my final Thesis upon the title of "The role of Corporate Sustainable Index (ISE) in investments on the BM&F BOVESPA stock exchange market".

BACHELOR’S IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
The only institution that in 2006 was rated with a 5-star degree by MEC (Brazil), outside of the São Paulo big city.
Pursuing a path to acquire knowledge on how to do business with the World, and deliver value.
I joined the College at the age of 17 and soon after the 1st semester, I left to be an Exchange Student (along with Rotary International Club) in Turkey, in which I was able to live for 1 year and realize several presentations as a Brazillian Ambassador.
Soon moving back to Brazil and re-establishing my life in Campinas city, I had to change my routine to the Night shift when I landed my first job at the Bank.
In addition, this is the place that I have felt a passion to talk about Sustainability. Hence the reason why my first Essay is as "Sustainability as a Market tool."
